Shipping & Returns
There will be no delivery cost if books are collected in Somerset west or where the order exceeds R750.
Parcels will only be delivered within South Africa. Parcels will be sent by a courier selected by us and delivery usually takes 2-5 working days. We mainly make use of The Courier Guy.
You are welcome to make use of your own courier service to collect from us – also if you require same day or next day delivery. Should you elect to insure the parcel collected by your own courier, you will be responsible for the insurance.
The delivery cost is R75 for delivery to a street address. For delivery to a rural area or farm, please contact us to discuss delivery options.
As soon as the order is dispatched, the tracking number will be forwarded to you.
If you are not satisfied with your books they can be returned, provided they are still in perfect condition. You need to inform us by email (info@kiddiebooks.co.za) immediately on receipt of the books (within 24 hours) and return needs to take place within two weeks. Costs related to the return of books will be for your own account.
If the returned books are in good enough condition to be refunded, the amount paid for the books will be refunded into a bank account, that needs to be provided over email, upon receipt of the books. Courier costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for the book/s returned. Again, should you elect to insure the parcel when returning the books, you will be responsible for the insurance.
